Retention of Maori Staff Within the Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health wants to take steps to improve the retention of Maori staff, through identifying what encourages them to stay or to leave, and making appropriate changes to reduce 'avoidable' turnover.
These issues were canvassed in a survey into the retention of Maori staff earlier this year.
